Returns – 15 Days

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date your order is delivered. If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Include all original components and packaging  
• Be returned with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards  
• Downloadable software products  
• Items returned damaged due to misuse or improper handling  
• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Your purchase is covered by our 30-day product guarantee.

If your item:

• Arrives damaged or defective  
• Has missing pieces  
• Develops a fault unrelated to misuse or improper handling

VeloceStudio will provide replacement parts or a replacement item at no additional cost where applicable.

This guarantee does not extend the 15-day return period, but ensures that your product arrives fully functional and complete.
